Create two valley folds you can look deep down into the valley produced by first folding one corner to its diagonally opposite corner and creasing then opening it and folding the other corner.
Keep bringing the piece over until the edge of the large triangle matches up with the small triangle. We are going to fold our fabric along that imaginary line. The creased paper is then collapsed upon itself to form a twist top.
Now divide the paper into 9 equal squares. Puzzle purses are square pieces of paper folded into envelope like packets. You will have the outline of 9 smaller squares.
